- Stay 5 nights for the price of 4 nights (non-holiday only)

- Rates do not include Town of Mammoth 13% Bed Tax

- 50% Deposit required at the time of Booking/Balance Required 30 Days Prior to Arrival
(Bal. due Nov 1 for prime holiday)

- Cancellation Charge on all Reservations:
Outside 30 days prior to arrival, full refund less $100 cancellation
charge. Within 30 days of arrival a refund will only be given
if we are able to re-book the dates.

- No Refunds for Poor Snow Conditions, Severe Weather or Early Departure

- Visa/MC Reading Taken upon Arrival for Phone/Security Deposit

- Absolutely NO SMOKING OR PETS

- 2 Cars Park Free with each Unit - Additional vehicles $25
per night if space available with notice prior to arrival, $35 if no
notice. No RV Parking.
