Deposit Requirements and Policies:
- Weekends and Holidays: Full amount required in advance.
- Online Reservations: Credit card will be charged for total stay at time of booking.
- Cancellation Policy: 10% cancellation fee when cancelled within the following time frames:
Summer–3 days prior, Winter–15 days prior, Winter holidays–30 days prior. - 100% cancellation fee when cancelled inside the designated timeframes.
- Absolutely no refunds for early check out. We cannot guarantee weather or snow conditions.
- All units are a non-smoking. We do not allow pets.
- Check In 3:00 p.m. Check Out 11:00 a.m.
- Two parking spaces included with each Unit – Additional parking available for a fee.
